PRINCE Harry’s visit to the UK next month will cause more problems for William and Kate, a royal expert has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex will return home for the Invictus Games Foundation’s 10th anniversary on May 8.

It will be the first time he has been in Britain since Princess Kate announced she was receiving cancer treatment on March 22.

And Harry’s trip announcement conflicted with Kate and William’s 13th wedding anniversary – which the couple celebrates today.

Now royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams has revealed he believes Harry’s trip home will be “awkward” for the future king and queen.

Speaking to The Sun he explained: “I think Harry’s visit presents problems for William and Catherine.

“Because, yes, their wedding anniversary is today, and we send all our best wishes to them and our thoughts and prayers are with Catherine as she goes through preventative chemotherapy.

“You know, it’s obviously a very difficult time, very stressful, and also with the family having so many responsibilities.

“It seems very, very unlikely to me that they will see Harry when he’s finished, and it’s clear this is not the time for that.

“For any bridge to be meaningful it must mean mutual trust and it must also mean that they keep in touch privately.

“We know they remained in private contact following Catherine’s video message, but I think we still have a long way to go before the Waleses can trust the Sussexes for obvious reasons.

“So I think it’s very difficult.”

Two reasons why Meghan will NOT come to Britain with Harry – as royal divide is likely to overshadow Invictus message, expert says

It is not known where the Duke will be staying during his visit, but he is homeless in the UK after being evicted last summer from Frogmore Cottage.

It turns out that Kate and William shared a never-before-seen photo from their wedding day today to celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary.

The black and white portrait taken by photographer Millie Pilkington shows the couple relaxed and smiling on their big day in 2011.

It is believed the couple will celebrate away from the spotlight, after Kate asked for “time, space and privacy” while she completes treatment.

After the trip to the United Kingdom, Harry and Meghan Markle will go to Nigeria.

The couple will participate in “cultural activities” at the invitation of the chief of the Defense Staff of the West African country.

It will be Meghan and Harry’s first trip to Nigeria as a couple.

Harry has had a long relationship with Africa, even taking his now-wife Meghan to Botswana for a camping trip as one of their first dates.

And in 2019 the couple embarked on a trip through Southern Africa.

The Duchess of Sussex flew with baby Archie to Johannesburg, where they were later joined by Harry after he visited Malawi.

During their time apart, Meghan told the journalist she was struggling to deal with the fact they were apart.

The Duke also set up a charity to help African orphans, Sentebale, with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho.
