PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle have been snubbed after being excluded from another royal event two years in a row.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not invited to the Trooping the Color ceremony on June 15 this year.

It is the second time that the pair, who moved to California and stepped down as senior royals in 2020, have been removed from the occasion.

After moving across the pond four years ago, the couple launched a series of vile attacks on the Royal Family through their unpopular personal agendas.

A series of accusations have been leveled in his Netflix docu-series Harry and Meghan, as well as the duke’s sensational memoir Spare.

The bitter rivalry has caused Harry to become estranged from his family, including on his most recent trip to the UK to mark the 10th anniversary of his Invictus Games.

Despite being just a few miles from his father, the king’s schedule was “too busy” to accommodate a meeting with his son.

While other royal sources claimed the duke made no effort to see Her Majesty – and declined an invitation to stay at a royal residence.

Before the intense royal feud was sparked, Harry and Meg joined the royal family for the first time at Trooping the Color in 2018, following their wedding in Windsor.

The couple were then present at the event, which marks King Charles’ official birthday in 2019, following the birth of their son Archie.

After sending shockwaves around the world during Megxit, the Duke and Duchess were relegated to an observation room above Horse Guards Parade to watch the procession unfold in 2022.

Prince Harry and William will NEVER make up – King Charles is stuck in the middle of his rival sons, says expert

They were with other non-working royals to celebrate the occasion, which also honored Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.

‘BUILD SOME BRIDGES’

But Harry and Meghan were not invited the following year and were left off the guest list once again in 2024.

The couple need to stop “disdaining the royal family” and start building bridges if they want to attend in the future, a royal author has claimed.

Phil Dampier said on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive program that the Sussexes should “try and build some bridges” after criticizing the royals.

The author said: “They have new PR people and if they listen to their PR people – sometimes people don’t listen to their PR people – but if they listen to their PR people, I’m sure they’re telling them this really, you made your point, you had Spare, you had Netflix, you had the Oprah Winfrey interview, you got it all off your chest.

A timeline of Prince Harry and William’s ‘rivalry’: Brothers ‘at war’

In 2018, the Sun told how the “simmering tension” began when William questioned the speed of Harry and Meghan’s engagement.

The first signs of friction emerged after William was introduced to Meghan when she was staying at Kensington Palace.

Once she returned home to Canada, William and Harry sat down for a sibling chat.

He knew Harry was already crazy about her, but it was claimed he advised him to take it slow.

The younger prince reportedly didn’t take the advice very well, with a royal source saying he “went crazy.”

Then, in June 2019, Harry and Meghan officially split from the charity they shared with William and Kate.

The Royal Foundation will be split between the Sussexes and the Cambridges, while the couples focus on their own separate charitable efforts.

Prince William and Prince Harry first established the Royal Foundation in 2009, before Kate joined two years later, shortly after their engagement was announced.

The trio often appeared together at events and the Foundation has had huge success with projects such as the Invictus Games for injured veterans and the Heads Together mental health campaign.

The Royal Foundation said the decision was made after completing a review of its structure – but added that the two couples would continue to work together in the future.

Harry and Meg lived near Kate and Wills on the Kensington Palace estate, but moved to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor before baby Archie was born.

The move further fueled rumors of a fallout.

Harry, 39, also hinted in his ITV documentary “Harry and Meghan, An African Journey” that he and his brother had grown apart.

This came after Prince Philip called Meghan “DOW”, after the Duchess of Windsor – the American divorcee who led Edward VIII to abdicate.

And he warned the late queen to be “cautious” with Harry’s then-fiancée, claims a royal author.

Ingrid Seward revealed in new book My Mother And I that Prince Philip felt it was “strange… how much Meghan reminded him of the Duchess of Windsor”.

In 2021, Harry and Meghan gave their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, where Harry accused his father of holding him back financially.

Harry then flew back to the UK to join William in unveiling a statue of his mother, Princess Diana, in the grounds of Kensington Palace. But sources said William did not want to attend the memorial amid the fallout.

In 2022, shortly before the death of her grandmother, the Queen, sources claimed that Kate acts as a “peacemaker” between the siblings.

Last year, Harry claimed his brother “knocked him to the ground” during an argument about Meghan.

In his book Spare, Harry said William called Meghan “rude” and “difficult” during a fight.

Harry claimed that William “grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and…knocked me to the ground.”

He said he was left with a visible injury to his back after the 2019 argument at Nottingham Cottage, in the grounds of Kensington Palace, where he lived at the time.

In January this year, Harry flew to be with Charles following the shock of the monarch’s cancer diagnosis.

Harry flew back to the US the next day – without seeing Wills.

“Now is the time to paddle a little and try to build some bridges or at least create a life for yourself.”

Phil, who is the author of Royally Suited: Harry and Meghan in Their Own Words, stated that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s three-day trip through Nigeria was a way for them to try and achieve this.

He added: “Obviously on the Nigeria trip they were trying to do that, the jury is still out on whether it was a good idea.”

TROOPING COLOR

It comes after questions were raised about what Trooping the Color would be like this year.

The Monarch’s cancer diagnosis left a question mark over his presence.

Speculation also increased after Her Majesty and Prince William canceled royal engagements amid Rishi Sunak’s general election announcement last month.

However, it has been confirmed that the famous ceremony will take place as planned, with the presence of King Charles.

The king will travel in a horse-drawn carriage this year, rather than riding a horse under medical advice.

But Princess Kate’s presence has not yet been confirmed amid her own cancer treatment.

It would be the first Trooping the Color she has been absent from since 2011, when she married Wills.

The royals are confirmed to miss the traditional Colonel’s Review on June 8 and Lieutenant General James Bucknall is expected to take his place.

Prince William today offered an update on his wife’s health as he spoke warmly to veterans following today’s D-Day celebrations.

The Heir joined his father, Queen Camilla and other leaders alongside war heroes at a moving birthday event in Portsmouth.

King Charles and Wills paid tribute to the veterans and their families.

William later revealed that Kate was feeling “better”, adding: “She would love to be here today.”

This year, the Trooping the Color parade takes place on June 15, 2024.

It will be performed by more than 1,350 soldiers from the Household Division Regiment and the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery, including more than 300 musicians from the Massed Bands.

Another 250 Foot Guard soldiers will also be reviewed by Her Majesty.

The event starts at around 10am, with the Royal Air Force flyover at around 1pm.

It will be broadcast live on the BBC for non-ticket holders.
