PRINCE William and Kate Middleton may be the picture of elegance in public, but they have very sweet and affectionate nicknames for each other.
The royal couple – who share Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary this month after meeting at university.

Royal editor Ingrid Seward told The Sun’s Royal Show that the prince and princess of Wales have some pretty informal pet names for each other.
Speaking to The Sun’s royal correspondent Matt Wilkinson, she said: “Prince William was Big Willie, I think.
“Kate was Babykins, but people always change their nickname.”
Ingrid added that King Charles often refers to Queen Camilla as “darling” or “beloved.”
She added: “It’s really Cool when he says ‘my beloved wife’, as he used to say with the Queen, ‘my beloved mother’.”
Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who often show affection during public outings, also have cute names for each other.
Ingrid added: “We know Harry is ‘H’ and we know Meghan is ‘Meg’, but there could be lots of other things.”
Meghan also has an unusual collection of family nicknames, being called “Flower” by her mother, “Bean” by her father and is called “Tungsten” by Charles because she is tough.
The Queen has always been known as “Lilibet” because she couldn’t say her name Elizabeth when she was young, and the name was used as inspiration for Meghan and Harry’s daughter Lilibet.
The royal expert praised Prince William and Kate for having a “great relationship,” with the future king supporting his wife.
She said: “William and Kate together have a great relationship.
“They are quite touchy, but not overly touchy like Meghan and Harry, they don’t get attached to each other.
“But occasionally they do it and laugh together. They laugh a lot together.
“William is very, very supportive of his wife and I know Carol Middleton has said this to her friends, ‘He’s very supportive of my daughter’, and she’s very proud of him.
“It’s this mutual support they have for each other.”

William first saw his future wife when they moved into the same residence, St Salvator’s – known to students as Sally’s.
The pair were studying History of Art, but William would later switch to Geography.
It wasn’t long before the Prince began to notice “attractive brunette” student Kate, who was considered by classmates to be “Sally’s prettiest girl during Fresher’s Week”.
Kate was even given the nickname “Beautiful Kate” by fellow students, which certainly helped get William’s attention.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl said: “She was initially more reserved than many of the other young women, but her natural beauty was apparent.”
The two spent more and more time together and it was Kate’s cheeky sense of humor that caught William’s attention.
William opened up about their early bond in 2011, saying: “We spent more time with each other, had a good laugh, had a lot of fun and realized we shared the same interests and had a great time.
“She has a very mischievous sense of humor, which helps me because I have a very dry sense of humor, so it was really fun, we laughed a lot and then things happened.”
He added that he “knew there was something very special” about Kate and “possibly there was something I wanted to explore there.”
The couple married in 2011 and had three children together.
