A BIG US drama has received a full series of spin-offs after coming to an end in 2019.
Suits, best known for being Meghan Markle’s biggest acting role before getting married Prince Harry will return without the Duchess for the new spin-off, Suits LA.
A full series of the show will come to US network NBC after a successful pilot episode was filmed earlier this year.
The show will move to the major network after originally airing on the smallest TV channel in the US USA Network.
Suits has enjoyed success on Netflix in the UK and was recently picked up by the BBC.
Actor Stephen Amell will lead a new cast on the show as Ted Black.
This means fans hoping to see Meghan in action once again as Rachel Zane will be bitterly disappointed after she wasn’t included in the new show.
Popular child star, famous for her time on Nickelodeon, Victoria Justice will also be part of the show.
Fans have already started to get excited after seeing the first glimpse of Stephen in action as Ted on the show.
When listening to the News, an excited fan exclaimed: “OMG!! I needed this so much, the kind I didn’t even know I needed.”
As another wrote: “I can’t express how excited I am to see Stephen Amell star in this series.”
A synopsis for the upcoming Suits LA reads: “[Ted’s] The company is at a point of crisis and, to survive, he must assume a role he has played with contempt throughout his career.
“Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalty to both Ted and each other, while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives.”
When the spin-off was first announced, it was reported that TV executives were willing to break the bank to ensure Meghan Markle appeared on the show – even if for just one episode.
A senior production source told Express there were contract negotiations between the Duchess’s agent and the studio giant.
“This is turning into one of the biggest TV deals of the year”, they added.
The source also stated that executives are “prepared to pay whatever it takes” to secure the actress.
