KING Charles is currently undergoing cancer treatment and depends more than ever on a few close friends and family.

A royal expert has stated that there are two key individuals who rally behind the monarch and are his “tower of strength” and “pillar of support”.

The source told Fabulous that although Charles is saving his time on his carefully chosen commitments, he relies on David, 62, the Earl of Snowdon.

The Princess of Wales, 42, who was recovering from major abdominal surgery in January 2024, announced her health battle in a candid video, in which she revealed her “huge shock” after post-operative tests revealed she had the illness.

The Sun previously revealed that King Charles had an “emotional” lunch with “beloved daughter-in-law” Kate hours before she revealed her cancer diagnosis.

It comes after the royal was “too busy” to see his youngest son when he visited the UK last week.

Harry, 39, was looking forward to seeing his father after traveling from California, but his spokesman said: “Unfortunately this will not be possible due to Her Majesty’s full programme.”
