PRINCE Harry may not see his father while in the UK, but meeting his brother is not out of the question, says a royal expert.

King Charles yesterday ruled out a face-to-face meeting with his youngest son while he is in the UK, saying he was too busy.

The Duke then said he “hoped to see your father soon”, before the monarch snubbed him for a second time.

And although the father-son duo revealed they won’t be meeting, one expert has claimed Harry and Prince William could meet to reconcile.

Yesterday, a spokesman for Harry said: “Unfortunately this will not be possible due to Her Majesty’s full programme.

“The Duke, of course, understands his father’s schedule and various other priorities and looks forward to seeing him soon.”

The king then announced that William would take command of Harry’s former helicopter regiment next week.

Charles said that on Monday he will be at a ceremony to confirm the 41-year-old as colonel-in-chief of the Army Air Corps.

The event will take place in front of an Apache – the type of helicopter Harry flew when he served in Afghanistan.

Despite this, royal commentator Ingrid Seward said the brothers could meet.

She told The Sun: “There’s always that nagging feeling that you know maybe Harry saw William without any of us knowing, but simply because of the situation Kate finds herself in.

“But we’ll never know unless they decide to tell us.”

King Charles’ second snub to Prince Harry was ‘deliberately timed’ after four years of attacks – royals don’t do anything by accident, expert says

Ingrid said Charles probably snubbed his son because he didn’t want to be used.

The expert said: “He is Harry’s father. It would be great if they met.

“He probably doesn’t want this to be used as a PR opportunity.

“Or maybe Harry is the one who is being difficult and we just don’t know.

“Or maybe they just said, look, it’s not going to work this time, but you would think Harry would be very, very excited to see his father.

“We don’t know when he will be here again. But you know, maybe he’ll get some praise from his father, for at least doing something successfully.”

Harry and Charles last met at Clarence House in February for their first face-to-face meeting in 16 months.

It turns out that another expert claimed that Charles “deliberately timed” his second snub for his son.

Richard Fitzwilliams said this happened after Harry dropped bombs on him for years.

Expert: Harry can secure a meeting with his father

By Jane Matthews

THERE is a way Prince Harry can guarantee a meeting with his father on his next visit to the UK, a royal photographer has said.

The Duke, 39, revealed yesterday that he would not meet King Charles on his fleeting trip home as the monarch has a “full program”.

A spokesman for Harry said: “Unfortunately this will not be possible due to Her Majesty’s full programme.

“The Duke, of course, understands his father’s schedule and various other priorities and looks forward to seeing him soon.”

Following the announcement, Arthur Edwards of The Sun stated that the King could have found the time – but he didn’t want to.

The Royal Photographer has now said there is a way he can arrange a meeting the next time he returns home – bringing Archie, five, and Lilibet, two.

The Duke of Sussex arrived from California yesterday for a service marking the 10th anniversary of his Invictus Games at St Paul’s Cathedral.

Arthur told The Sun: “It is a great triumph that the king is back at work now and back at the grindstone.

“Obviously his time is full and there are a lot of things to catch up on.

“But I’m sure if he wanted to he could have found time to see Harry, but he obviously doesn’t want to and Harry seems to have accepted it.”

The photographer added that the king would love to see his grandchildren and bringing them home to the UK would guarantee a meeting.

He continued: “They have two children, a prince and a princess, and they don’t come to see their cousins – and I think that’s strange.

“So Harry gets little attention from the King – I’m sure the children wouldn’t if they came.

“I’m sure he would have been grateful to see his grandchildren. But that didn’t happen and it’s a shame.”

He told The Sun: “This timing is deliberate. It is to send a deliberate message to Harry that the Royal Family has not forgotten what has happened over the last four years.”

The expert said it dates back to when Prince Philip was in hospital – and the Sussexes’ explosive interview with Oprah was broadcast to the world.

Richard continued: “Prince Philip was King Charles’ father – he hasn’t forgotten that.

“This is just a very, very significant episode because Oprah did enormous damage to the Royal Family and the Sussexes, as I said, knew exactly what they were doing.”

The expert said the king’s decision to announce his plan with Wills just hours after snubbing Harry was an extra dig.

Richard continued: “The facts are that he has an important connection with the regiment, and the facts are also that there will be a ceremony next Monday where the king and the royals do nothing by accident.

“There is no doubt that it was meant to be a message to Harry. It was timed for now, deliberately.

“This rift is deep and very, very public right now.”

The expert said that from now on, Harry should keep his plans – and meetings with the king – private, rather than announcing them to the world – as he did on Good Morning America.

Richard continued: “I don’t think the king wanted Harry to go on television and talk, even in general terms, about family unity.

“This wasn’t just a private meeting, but if Harry had kept it completely private and made no comments, I think that would have been preferable.”

King Charles gives Prince Harry a SECOND snub

By Matt Wilkinson

KING Charles ruled out a face-to-face meeting with Harry – saying he was too busy.

Hours later, in a second snub, the king revealed that eldest son William will take command of Harry’s former helicopter regiment next week.

Harry, 39, was looking forward to seeing his father after traveling from California, but his spokesman said: “Unfortunately this will not be possible due to Her Majesty’s full programme.”

Harry flew to events marking the tenth anniversary of his Invictus Games, while the king greeted Fiji’s prime minister at Buckingham Palace.

Two hours later, the king revealed that next Monday he will be at a ceremony to confirm William, 41, as colonel-in-chief of the Army Air Corps – Harry’s former regiment.

The event will take place in front of an Apache – the type of helicopter Harry flew when he served in Afghanistan.

William, who flew in the Air Ambulance, will also take to the skies in the helicopter.

A source told The Sun: “Timing is everything.”

Sources claim Harry made several attempts to arrange a meeting with his father before flying 5,000 miles for three days in the UK.
