The victory, which was Sunrisers’ 6th in 10 matches, puts five-time champions Chennai Super Kings in 5th place in the points table.
Bhuvneshwar, when asked about the thought process behind his final approach, said he was just focusing on hitting two good balls.
“I guess that’s my nature, I wasn’t thinking too much about the result of the last over. There was no discussion in the last over, I was just focused on the process. . I wasn’t thinking much, I was just focused on the process. The ball bounced a lot today, I can’t put my finger on it, I really enjoyed bowling today.
