MS Dhoni is back to his best for Chennai Super Kings once again. This time, facing their wrath were the Lucknow Super Giants at their home ground on Friday. After Chennai Super Kings lost six, MS Dhoni reached the boundary in the 18th over. And it didn’t take long for him to show his old magic. In IPL 2024, MS Dhoni played the cameo role to perfection. Against LSG, he got his first six off the second ball of the 19th over, bowled by left-arm pacer Mohsin Khan.
He went through the stumps and caught the ball. This kind of photo is very rare from MS Dhoni. The delivery was short and Dhoni hit LSG wicketkeeper KL Rahul’s head perfectly. Dhoni remained unbeaten with 28 nine-ball deliveries at a strike rate of 311.11, he hit three fours and two sixes.
