CHICAGO White Sox outfielder Tommy Pham sent a warning to his MLB colleagues following a strange altercation.
On Sunday, the White Sox and Milwaukee Brewers were playing a close game when the benches became empty.
The White Sox had two outs among the eight, losing 4-3.
Pham raced home to score the tying run, but the pitch easily beat him and he was thrown out on a collision at the plate.
Brewers catcher William Contreras was thrilled to save his team’s lead and celebrated right in front of Pham, which didn’t sit well with him.
Pham had to be restrained by his teammates after barking at Contreras and trying to hit him in the face.
Although he couldn’t speak face to face, Pham made sure the media knew exactly how he felt after the game.
“I’m stuck at home for a mile, I’m heading to the dugout and I hear the tough guy with all this shit,” Pham said.
“I never start anything, but I will be prepared to finish.
“There’s a reason I fight all types of fights in the off-season. Because I’m ready to fuck someone.
“You can accept it as it is.”
The fight on the field did not help the White Sox regain victory, and they lost the game 6-3, falling to 15-45 that year.
The Brewers completed the sweep of the White Sox, and Contreras made it clear he didn’t care what Pham said.
“I wasn’t paying much attention to what he had to say,” Contreras told the media.
“I was really excited about the play and went back to the dugout.”
This isn’t the first instance of Pham trying to fight another player on the field.
In 2022, Pham slapped opposing player Joc Pederson during batting practice, which he claimed was because of fantasy football.
Home runs and boomsticks

MLB is back in London for the third time this summer when the Philadelphia Phillies take on the New York Mets.
The London Stadium will transform from a football field to a baseball field for the June 8th and 9th spectacle.
Fans attending games can indulge in some extravagant stadium menu items, like boomstick nachos (pictured) and a 2-foot boomstick hot dog.
The New York Yankees won both games in 2019 against the rival Boston Red Sox.
And the Chicago Cubs split their series with the St Louis Cardinals when the teams meet in 2023.
Fans were surprised by Pham’s most recent outburst and mocked his combative words on social media.
“Bro thinks he’s a professional boxer, relax Mike Tyson,” said one fan.
“Work on hitting the ball instead of the bag, big guy,” said another fan.
“Dude it’s just talk lmao,” said a third fan.
“Bro thinks people are scared of him,” said a fourth fan.
