MLB icon Derek Jeter has finally found a buyer for his stunning lakeside ‘castle,’ which has been on the market for six years.

The New York Yankees legend first listed the Orange County, New York, estate for $14.75 million in 2018.

Jeter then attempted to sell the home — which includes a replica of the Statue of Liberty — at auction in 2022, with a minimum asking price of $6.5 million.

But after recently putting the property on the market for $6.3 million, the home is now pending sale, by Global Mansion.

It is not clear at this stage what the final sale price will be or who the buyer is.

For Jeter, it was a lengthy process to sell the property he purchased in the early 2000s.

The house on Greenwood Lake is less than 50 miles from Manhattan.

The medieval-looking main house, measuring nearly 9,000 square feet, comes complete with an imposing tower and battlements.

It has six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, as well as a guest house.

There are also two kitchens, a sunroom, an office, a games room, a formal dining room, an office and a family room with a bar.

There’s also a baseball diamond-shaped infinity pool, a boat house, and a pier.

In total, the property has nearly 700 feet of shoreline.

Most notably, there’s a replica of the Statue of Liberty in one of the many outdoor areas to explore.

It is called Tiedemann Castle after his grandfather’s adoptive parents.

The property was originally built by New York physician Rudolph Gudewill for his wife in 1903.

Jeter’s grandfather, William Connors, lived on the property after being adopted by John and Julia Tiedemann, who purchased the land in 1952.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Jeter spent the summers of his childhood in the castle.

The former Yankees shortstop assumed ownership of the property in the early 2000s from the Tiedemann family trust.

At the time, the main house was divided into apartments and was in a poor state of repair.

Jeter then spent a lot of time and money rebuilding the palatial property before deciding to sell it after leaving the Yankees.

The baseball icon also has a home in South Florida, where he spends a lot of time with his wife Hannah and their three children.

He previously owned a $22.5 million estate in Tampa, which he rented to Tom Brady when the NFL icon moved to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Yankees legend won five World Series titles and was a 14-time All Star during his stellar career.
