MLB legend Adrian Beltré was mocked by a former teammate during his MLB Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Sunday.
Fox MLB analyst and Boston Red Sox icon David Ortiz poked fun at one of Beltre’s pet peeves during his special day in Cooperstown, New York.

Former third baseman Beltré joined the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday with Todd Helton, Jim Leyland and Joe Mauer.
Beltré took the podium to give his consecration speech.
But before Texas guards icon could talk to his colleagues, Ortiz snuck up behind him and rubbed his head before sitting down.
Beltré was taken aback by the sequence and quickly glanced at Ortiz before smiling and delivering his speech.
During his playing days, Dominican star Beltré was known for hating it when someone touched his head.
Beltré said Fox Sports in 2019 that the running joke about his dislike of someone touching his head came about when he once told his Seattle Mariners teammate Félix Hernández about the specific complaint.
This led to the six-time All-Star pitcher trying to touch Beltré’s head from that point forward.
“I made the mistake of telling Félix Hernández that I didn’t like it,” Beltré said.
“It wasn’t a good idea to do that.
“He always wanted to do it because he knew I would be mad.
“After I left Seattle and went to Boston, he told the other guys to do it because I don’t like it.
“So I came here and Elvis (Andrus) took over and started doing this. It became a curse that never went away.”
Ortiz, a 2022 MLB Hall of Fame inductee, played alongside Beltré for the Red Sox and at the international level for the Dominican Republic.
Beltré retired from MLB in 2018 after 21 seasons in the league.

He made four All-Star teams and hit 477 home runs in his career.
Beltré is considered one of the best third basemen of all time.
The 45-year-old has won five Gold Glove awards.
And Beltré is a member of the 3,000 hits club.
He punched his ticket to Cooperstown his freshman year on the Hall of Fame ballot with 95.1% of the vote.
