Team USA completed its Avengers story at the Paris Olympics, defeating France to win its fifth consecutive men’s basketball gold.
LeBron James and Co. beat the host country 98-87 on Saturday.
James, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and several other NBA All-Stars gathered for revenge in Paris following Team USA’s fourth-place finish at the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
Together, they won America’s 17th men’s basketball Olympic gold.
France did everything they could to cause a historic upset in front of the home crowd.
Les Bleus made it a 3-point game with just over three minutes left in the game, courtesy of San Antonio Spurs sensation Victor Wembanyama.

But they couldn’t contain Steph Curry, who was sensational in the final two games of the tournament after overcoming a shooting slump.
