Curry, 36, had a brilliant 24-point performance to inspire his country to a 98-87 victory over France in the gold medal game.

That night, Team USA’s stars and their families went to the upscale Parisian restaurant L’Avenue to celebrate their victory.

While they were having dinner, a large group of fans gathered in front of the establishment.

Upon leaving the restaurant, Curry was dissatisfied with the performance of one fan in particular.

In images posted online, as he walked hand in hand with his wife and with the gold medal around his neck, an agitated Curry said: “Be careful.

“Get out of my mother’s way.”

The incident appeared to have been triggered by an autograph seeker waving a shirt at Curry’s mother, Sonya.

Earlier on Saturday, Ayesha, Sonya and Curry’s Golden State Warriors teammate Draymond Green were involved in a tense conversation with police as they left the Accor Arena.

In a nearly three-minute clip obtained by The Hollywood FixAyesha appeared to cry as she tried to get to her car.

Speaking to police officers, Sonya, 58, appeared to say: “Look, they won’t let us go back to where we came from.

“They won’t let the driver come here and they won’t let us go back there.”

Mother of four, Ayesha, 35, held baby Caius, born in May, throughout the confrontation.

At one point, Green, 34, appeared to make a serious accusation.

He said, “So even after you hit the baby in the head, there’s still nothing you guys can do to get them out of here?”

It is unclear who the allegation was directed at in particular.

The hotly contested game between Team USA and France was attended by several prominent guests.

Among them was French President Emmanuel Macron.

A man translating during the tense conversation appeared to claim that “the president” was about to pass by.

He then added: “No one is allowed to cross the street now until they are overtaken.”

Paris 2024 marked Curry’s Olympic Games debut, with the Warriors superstar bringing home gold for his country the first time he asked.
