KENDRICK Perkins was furious about the broadcast of Knicks-Pacers games on TNT after Reggie Miller showed up.

TNT flew Reggie Miller to New York to answer the call for the Knicks-Pacers game, but some thought he showed up too much.

Perkins was especially upset after Knicks star Jalen Brunson appeared to be injured in the first half of the game and TNT made no mention of it.

Instead, the broadcast repeatedly talked about Miller’s history with the Knicks and showed footage from his playing days.

“Are we going to make this whole game about Reggie Miller?” Perkins said.

“Or I might know if Big Body Brunson is coming back or not.”

Perkins also wasn’t the only basketball analyst to grow tired of TNT’s coverage of the game.

Nick Wright shared his displeasure with the broadcast’s direction around the same time as Perkins.

“Maybe a little less Reggie/highlights from decades ago and a little more detail about where/how/when Brunson could have injured his foot??” Wright posted on X.

“How is this not the entire broadcast now???”

Fans were just as unhappy as Wright and Perkins and shared their displeasure with the TNT broadcast.

“TNT is just horrible. I hope they lose this NBA contract soon,” said one fan.

“I’m done with Reggie. I made a fortune from that choke when he lost the series,” said another fan.

“The team they have tonight is a joke,” said a third fan.

“For whatever reason, no matter how much adversity the Knicks overcome, national NBA coverage thinks it’s better to clown around or ignore them,” said a fourth fan.

Brunson eventually returned to the game and helped the Knicks battle to a 130-121 victory over the Pacers.

He finished the game with 29 points, five assists and 2 rebounds despite only having five in the first half.

The Knicks have a 2-0 series lead and head to Indiana for game three on Friday.
