Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis’ ex-girlfriend claims the NBA star lied to her about his legal issues – and says she feels relieved their relationship is over after he was sentenced to prison for medical fraud.

The woman, who works in fashion, provided ample evidence to The US Sun to back up her claims and said she felt “duped” by Davis, 38, who allegedly led her to believe he wanted to settle down and have a child with her. – but changed his mind after getting her pregnant.
Speaking after the basketball star was sentenced by a federal judge to 40 months in prison for his part in a scheme to defraud the NBA’s health benefits plan, the unidentified woman said she was not surprised to hear the news, giving your previous “dishonest” behavior.
“I dodged a bullet with him,” she told The US Sun in an exclusive interview.
“He lied to me and told me he wanted to start a family and have a future together, at the same time he knew he was in legal trouble and wouldn’t even be able to be there for our baby.
“When I got pregnant, he said he would be too busy to take care of a child.
“At the time, I had no idea what he was talking about. He clearly has boundary issues and I absolutely would never have gotten involved with him if I had known he was involved in this legal scandal.
“He actually told me that he was dealing with some legal issues, but made it clear that he was innocent and that his lawyers would take care of everything.
“That was obviously also a lie. He seems trustworthy, but there was no excuse for what he did to me or in this situation today.
“In retrospect, this isn’t a real surprise, knowing he couldn’t even care for or pay for what he did to me.
“In my opinion, reap what you sow and I hope he learns that he needs to live by the same rules as the rest of us. Just be a good person.”
She believes the star will be able to adjust to prison life and cope well with his sentence as he is a “strong man” – and although she is relieved they are no longer together, she wishes him all the best .
She added: “I felt like God protected me from what I should have been protected from…
“I feel very relieved that we are no longer together, I was very hurt by our situation.
“I’m glad I’m not connected to him or this drama in any way.
“I hope he becomes a better person and doesn’t get involved with something like this ever again.
“God bless him and his family in the future, I hope he learns from this and something positive comes out of this negative situation.”

Davis took to Instagram live following his sentencing outside a New York courtroom last week to tell followers that his time in prison will lead to a body transformation.
The 6-foot-2, 250-pound basketball player said, “That’s the only way to stop me from eating hamburgers: putting me in jail.”
In addition to the prison sentence, he will have to pay £80,000 in restitution.
Davis was convicted last November of submitting false medical claims to the NBA Players’ Benefits Health and Welfare Plan after first being charged in October 2021.

The woman refused and continued taking her contraceptive method, but claimed he refused to use a condom and “cried and whimpered” when she asked him to use one.
“There were times when I asked him to use protection and he refused, he just didn’t want to, and he would be really upset if I said, ‘Okay, so we can’t have sex,’” she said.
“He would get angry or complain and cry about it – it became all this.
“Then he started taking over and showing up at my house, sending me voicemails asking, ‘Where are you?
“It seemed like he was changing from a nice man to something else.
“During this time we were still having sex and he continued to ejaculate inside me even though I told him, ‘I’m not comfortable with this – yes, I’m on birth control, but it’s not 100 percent.’
“Everyone should know that birth control isn’t always effective – he’s almost 40, so you’d think he’d already know that.”

She became pregnant after her birth control failed last July and when she broke the news to Davis, she claimed he began intimidating her and demanded she have an abortion.
“I wasn’t sure because I’m pro-life and I wasn’t thinking about having an abortion at my age,” she said.
“But because he turned into a complete monster and was bullying and harassing me, I ended up agreeing to have an abortion. I decided I couldn’t have a child with this man.”
After undergoing the procedure, the woman asked Davis to pay her $950 medical bill, but claimed he continued to make excuses before ignoring her.
She said she was heartbroken and “crying every day” and decided to speak out to warn other women about his behavior.
After the interview, she accused Davis of threatening to expose her – and showed The US Sun a screenshot of a text, purportedly from the star, that read: “Why would you lie? The world will know who you are!”
At the time, Davis said in a statement: “This woman told me she was on birth control. It was her own decision to have an abortion.
“I don’t know if I got her pregnant or if it was someone else.
“I asked her to prove that I got her pregnant before I got ahead financially, as a man should do.
“I wish her the best of luck in life and I have no hard feelings.”
The US Sun has reached out to Davis and his attorney for comment.
