Qerim hosted the show from New York when lead analyst Stephen A. Smith was called in from the West Coast.

It was a sharp change in tone from Wednesday’s show, where Smith caused a ruckus in a packed Manhattan studio.

Molly has hosted First Take in its current format since 2015.

She is known for her striking on-air looks and dazzled yesterday in a multicolored dress.

But she stole the show with her latest bold wardrobe choice, turning up the heat in a glamorous red outfit.

“Molly is stunning, that’s her color,” gushed one fan on X.

“@MollyQerim where did you get that dress?” said another.

“You are a star at being good on TV,” commented a third.

It’s been a turbulent few months for Qerim, both on and off screen.

First Take has seen its ratings soar since the arrival of NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe last September.

ESPN announced that the show averaged 496,000 viewers in 2023, making it the most-watched year in the show’s history.

The show has also recorded more than 250 million views on YouTube.

Away from his anchoring role, Qerim was recently front and center as he mingled with celebrities at the Miami Grand Prix.

The 40-year-old posed for photos in the paddack ahead of Lando Norris’ historic F1 victory in the Sunshine State.

Molly showed off her inner fashionista last month when she shared some photos of herself modeling wearing an old Montreal Expos jersey.

Molly Qerim’s life in the spotlight

Molly Qerim rose through the ranks to become one of ESPN’s biggest stars.

The popular sports presenter began her media career in 2006 at ESPN and spent four years with the network.

She then covered college basketball and football for the CBS Sports Network in New York.

Qerim balanced this with hosting duties for the NFL Network in Los Angeles – fronting NFLAM and NFL Fantasy Live.

The host returned to ESPN in 2015 and immediately took on the role of First Take anchor.

And Qerim has been a popular and ever-present host of the daily sports debate show ever since.

She paired the eye-catching look with a long fur coat, jeans and black boots.

Qerim partnered with Stephen A. on screen during his nearly ten-year stint on First Take.

The duo recently denied dating rumors that were fueled by their on-screen chemistry.

“I just have to step on it. No! There’s nothing going on [between us],” said Stephen A., gesturing between him and Qerim.

“America has been lying about this for a few years now.”

You can watch Molly every weekday on First Take starting at 10am ET.
