‘He owns Chuck,’ NBA laughs at TNT viewers as Luka Doncic hits back at Charles Barkley over ‘explosive’ on-air comment
DALLAS Mavericks star Luka Doncic made some fun jokes to Charles Barkley after his bad luck.
Before the fifth game of the Mavericks-Thunder playoff series, Charles Barkley gave a big vote of confidence to one of the teams.

With the series tied at 2-2, Barkley felt it would be an easy game for the Thunder.
“I hope that place is noisy and I hope OKC kicks them out of the building,” Barkley said.
The Thunder did anything but that, falling short of 100 points in the fifth game.
The Mavericks won the game 104-92 and Doncic had a great game, producing a triple-double scoring 31 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists.
Doncic clearly heard Barkley’s support for the Thunder before the game and made a point of calling it out in the postgame interview.
“I love that show, I love those four guys,” Doncic began.
“Maybe next time he can say that again in the next game, then maybe we’ll win again.”
Fans were amused by Doncic calling out Barkley and shared their laughs on social media.
“He owns Chuck,” said one fan.
“What a legend you are, Luka,” said another fan.
“Great post-game interview from Doncic, he was trolling and happy after that win,” said a third fan.
“What a great response. He doesn’t take things too seriously and just plays,” said a fourth fan.
“Chuck always jinxing things,” said a fifth fan.
It’s been a back-and-forth series between the Mavericks and Thunder, with neither team showing signs of dominance.
The Thunder won the opening game of the series before the Mavericks won the next two, and the Thunder tied the fourth game.
The Maverick now have an advantage and a chance to advance to the Western Conference final.
