CAMERON Brink played a huge role in the boom in women’s basketball this year.
The 22-year-old WNBA rookie is clearly enjoying the added attention being paid to the women’s game, judging by her arrivals.
Brink was the second overall pick by the Los Angeles Sparks this year behind Caitlin Clark.
Along with the likes of Clark and Angel Reese, Brink helped the women’s NCAA tournament break viewership records in 2024.
And like his opponents, Brink is building his own brand off the court.
She has almost a million followers on Instagram and often posts photos in her favorite outfits.
But a recent ESPN post on Instagram claimed that it has turned the pregame tunnel “into a track” so far this season.
And it’s not hard to see why, given some of the outfits she wears on her way to games.
Before the game against the Atlanta Dream on May 15, she wore a black sleeveless turtleneck that was cut out from the stomach down.
The fashion look was completed with denim shorts and high black boots.
A message on the front of her shirt also said “did you get a pass to the league?”
Six days later, she arrived in a black skirt and crop top combination.
And that time Brink also wore black and white cowboy boots, as well as a stylish black and red jacket.
Another one of his well-presented looks was before the confrontation with Clark’s Indiana Fever.
Brink wore a mustard-colored suit and skirt set with black high heels and a matching shoulder bag.
She also looked elegant in a black and white dress before the game against Dallas on May 26.
Brink was also seen with a big smile on her face as she arrived for a May 18 showdown in Las Vegas.
How the WNBA works
The 2024 WNBA season features 12 teams, with the regular season running from May 14 to September 9.
Each team plays 40 regular season games – four against five teams from the same conference and two teams from the other conference, and three games against the remaining four teams.
The top eight teams in the league standings qualify for the playoffs – regardless of which conference they are in.
The playoffs will use a best-of-three format in the first round, while the WNBA semifinals and finals will be best-of-five.
This season also includes a month-long break for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The Las Vegas Aces are defending back-to-back WNBA champions.
The 6-foot-4-inch star rocked a colorful camouflage crop top and miniskirt as she headed to the locker room.
Fans also liked her upcoming clothing collection and advised her for a different career path.
“Give her a supermodel contract already,” one wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“The best dressed in the league,” said another.
While a third posted: “If this basketball thing doesn’t work out she could easily become a top model.”
