And it wasn’t the typical approach from a talented young athlete.

“A lot of our guys probably spend time with family and stuff like that, but I don’t have a family. I’m single,” Brown said. Good Morning America before Game 2 tonight.

“So I’m binge-watching Harry Potter.”

Brown was asked which of the characters he most identifies with and went into great detail in his response.

“[Hermoine is] also the one who keeps everyone on the right path. She’s the one who gets things done,” he said.

“It is me. Like, ‘We have to finish this.’ I won’t wait until the last minute.

“Do you have an assignment? Let’s finish it on the first day. Let’s not wait until the last minute.”

Dallas Mavericks coach Jason Kidd tried to stir up some tension in the Celtics locker room by claiming that Brown is their best player.

Boston teammate Jayson Taytum could also claim the crown, but they refused to be drawn.

“I have no reaction,” Brown said.

“This is a team sport,” Taysum added.

“We wouldn’t be here if we didn’t have JB on our team, and we can say that about a lot of guys, right.

“We all play a role in getting to where we are and we understand that people try to drive a wedge between us.

“I think it’s a smart thing to do or try to do.

“We’ve been in this position for many years, with guys trying to divide us and say one of us should be traded or one is better than the other.
