ANGEL Reese will wear eye-catching sneakers for Sunday’s WNBA game against Caitlin Clark.
Chicago Sky rookie Reese, 22, will wear special footwear for a rematch against Clark and the Indiana Fever on Sunday.
Reese will be rocking Joker-themed Reebok sneakers for the Sky-Fever meet in Indianapolis.
Footwear reporter Nick DePaul shared in Xformerly known as Twitterthat Reese would put on her shoes for Sunday’s WNBA game.
Reese republished the report, apparently confirming the News.
She will wear special shoes designed by Marvin Baroota that will feature the Joker’s smile with “Ha ha ha” written on the sides.
Fans were impressed with LSU’s Reese game shoes.
“Leaning into the villain archetype. I love seeing this”, commented one of them.
“These are cold. Wow!” a second wrote.
“This is fire,” said a third.
Sunday will be the second game Reese and Clark face off in the WNBA after intense collegiate battles.
The Fever won the first match on June 1st.
During that same game, Sky guard Chennedy Carter hit Clark from behind as he waited for a pass inbounds.
Carter was hit with a foul and eventually a flagrant 1 the next day.
Reese was seen getting up from the bench and applauding her teammate after the foul.
