Qerim’s usual on-screen partner, Stephen A. Smith, enjoyed a day off after a recent grueling schedule.

He was replaced by three-time NBA champion Udonis Haslem, who received rave reviews from ESPN viewers.

Molly posed alongside Haslem and fellow analysts Monica McNutt, Kimberley A. Martin and Damien Woody in the viral photo.

She rocked a tight blue top for Thursday’s show at the ESPN studios in New York.

Qerim teamed the look with baggy jeans and red high heel shoes.

The 40-year-old accompanied the behind-the-scenes image with three smiley face emojis.

Qerim has anchored First Take since 2015, earning the role after a short stint as interim host.

She quickly became one of daytime TV’s most recognizable figures, handling Stephen A.’s speeches and maintaining order.

Molly’s on-screen fashion choices are often a hot topic of conversation early in the show.

Earlier this week, the ESPN host stunned in a gorgeous, flowing black dress as she stepped out into the Manhattan sun.

She wore the same outfit to the First Take taping later that day, receiving rave reviews from fans.

“Beautiful as always Molly,” wrote one on X.

“Beautiful from head to toe,” added a second.

On Wednesday, Qerim updated his loyal fan base on a business venture away from our TV screens.

The Connecticut native announced she was joining energy drink company Reign Storm.

Molly Qerim’s life in the spotlight

Molly Qerim rose through the ranks to become one of ESPN’s biggest stars.

The popular sports presenter began her media career in 2006 at ESPN and spent four years with the network.

She then covered college basketball and football for the CBS Sports Network in New York.

Qerim balanced this with hosting duties for the NFL Network in Los Angeles – fronting NFLAM and NFL Fantasy Live.

The host returned to ESPN in 2015 and immediately took on the role of First Take anchor.

And Qerim has been a popular and ever-present host of the daily sports debate show ever since.

The 40-year-old uploaded a photo of a Reign Storm basket she received in the mail.

It included samples of the naturally caffeinated energy drink, as well as a number of branded clothing items.

“Welcome to the Reign Storm family!” a card that accompanies the read package.

“We’re excited for a great year together.”

You can watch Molly on First Take every weekday starting at 10am ET on ESPN.
