Reese is clearly a person of true style and regularly wows fans with her outfits.

Last week, she wore glasses, a skirt, thigh-high boots and a custom jacket featuring basketball icon Michael Jordan holding the NBA championship trophy.

And now she’s been compared to Wonder Woman with this latest effort.

You see, many fans pointed out on X, the site formerly known as Twitter, that she looked more like Xena: Warrior Princess.

The game between Rees’ team, the Chicago Sky, and Clark’s Indiana Fever was certainly exciting.

The Sky cruised to a one-point victory, 88-87, despite being 15 points behind at one point.

Reese scored a career-high 25 points and grabbed 16 rebounds.

A particularly memorable moment was when Reese grabbed an offensive rebound, was fouled while making the rebound and sank the free throw to make the score 82-82 with three minutes remaining.

“I’m a dog,” Reese told ESPN after the game. “You can’t teach that.

“I’m going to go out and do whatever it takes to win every night.

“My teammates trust my energy.

“So being able to keep the energy going even if we’re down, even if we’re up, that’s what I do.”

Clark praised her rival despite the disappointment of the defeat.

“She ran really well in transition,” Clark said.

“She got some and-1s in transition, obviously, she had a great game.

Caitlin Clark Fever

CAITLIN Clark’s impact was felt throughout the WNBA before she was even drafted.

The college superstar from Iowa went No. 1 overall to the Indiana Fever, a surprise to absolutely no one.

The Indiana Fever had 36 of their 40 games in the 2024 season scheduled for national TV – up from 22 last year.

Teams also moved their games against the Fever to larger arenas to meet extra ticket demand.

Clark helped the NCAA attract 18.9 million viewers to the women’s championship game, more than the 14.8 million who watched the men’s championship game.

She has also signed a contract with Nike worth more than $20 million.

“I think they definitely knew to be physical with us.

I think they probably watched us [against Atanta ] and we saw that we were constantly fouling them.

“A team like this, you’re not going to get away with it.”

There is no doubt that Clark and Reese have greatly increased interest in the WNBA.

A large, enthusiastic crowd watched the game, with tickets selling for hundreds of dollars on secondary websites.
