NBA fans were impressed with prospect Kyshawn George before his name was even called.
George was selected with the 24th pick in the NBA Draft by the Washington Wizards.
George was a prospect straight out of the University of Miami, but apparently wasn’t satisfied with his abilities.
During the draft, he was seen dribbling a ball and practicing his shots while waiting for his name to be called.
“Someone needs to draft Kyshawn George, he’s working on the draft,” said one fan after realizing it.
It’s clear the Wizards noticed his hard work because they only picked him once after the dribble was noticed.
Fans loved seeing him work hard and praised George on social media.
“The kid is a player,” said one fan.
“Never a bad day,” said another fan.
“Basketball guy. Take all the slides to this guy,” said a third fan.
“Legend of the wizards,” said a fourth fan.
“Good straps,” said a fifth fan.
The Wizards had a great draft, selecting three players in the first round.
In the first round they selected Alexander Sarr with the second pick.
Sarr is a seven-foot-tall Frenchman who is extremely athletic for his size.
The Wizards also selected Bub Carrington with the 14th pick in the first round.
What does the new TV deal mean for the NBA?

By US Sun Assistant Sports Editor Damian Burchardt.
The new television rights deal promises to be a big win for NBA players.
The league is expected to more than double revenue from its media partners, pocketing around $6.9 billion per year, which will inevitably lead to a huge salary cap increase in 2025-26.
This will cause the value of players’ contracts to skyrocket.
Projected numbers suggest we could see the first $100 million per year deal being signed soon.
Boston Celtics All-Star Jaylen Brown is currently set to earn the highest single-season salary in NBA history, bringing in $65.1 million in 2028-29.
It seems like basketball fans would be on the losing side of the fight if the NBA and TNT actually split.
Inside the NBA is a unique sports entertainment program, as evidenced by ESPN’s continued failure to create its own version of the show in recent years.
The NBA won’t be the same without Kenny and Ernie trying to make sense of Shaq and Chuck’s endless fights every Tuesday night.
Carrington is a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh averaging 13.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
He even recorded a triple-double in his first career game.
Lastly, they selected George, who is a potent shooter but could work on finishing in the paint.
He drained 42.7% of his threes in Miami.
