NBA star DeMar DeRozan made a shocking appearance in Kendrick Lamar’s Not Like Us music video.

And the Chicago Bulls forward’s brief appearance is apparently the latest chapter in Lamar’s bitter feud with fellow rapper Drake.

DeRozan’s three-second cameo comes while he’s crouched in front of a storage container in the new diss track, which was released this week.

On screen, Lamar sings the lyrics: “I’m glad DeRoz came home, you guys didn’t deserve it either.”

He then gives Lamar a handshake before he walks away and the video cuts away from him.

The lyrics appear to applaud the fact that DeRozan left Drake’s beloved Toronto Raptors in 2018.

Drake and DeRozan were extremely close for a long period while the NBA star played in Toronto.

The Canadian rapper referenced the former Raptors star in his song Lemon Pepper Freestyle, in which he sings, “For real, and my city loves me like DeMar DeRozan.”

In 2018, DeRozan told ESPN he went to Drake’s house following Toronto’s decision to trade him for Kawhi Leonard.

“We sat and talked for a few hours,” DeRozan said.

“Just hearing the words that come from him, being the person he is in his world, especially in Toronto, and what I meant to the city, it was necessary.”

But now it appears the Compton, California native has switched allegiances to Lamar.

The NBA star also attended Lamar’s The Pop Out: Ken & Friends concert in Inglewood, California last month.

Many fans went crazy over DeRozan’s new career in the music business.

“This was an amazing moment,” said one fan.

“Drake is crying,” said another fan.

“Kendrick had a mission and he accomplished it,” noted a third.

The career change comes as DeRozan searches for a home for the 2024-25 season.

He is an unrestricted free agent after a stint with the Bulls.

DeRozan averaged 24 points, 5.3 assists and 4.3 rebounds in 79 games last season.

The 34-year-old, who earned $258 million in his career, has been linked with a move to the Sacramento Kings.

The Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs are also in the running for the veteran NBA star.
