NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes led the cheers for LeBron James after another impressive performance from the basketball icon.
The United States team struggled against Germany in their last game before the Paris Olympics, but LeBron helped them win 92-88 with a typically brilliant show.
LeBron finished with 20 points – six rebounds, four assists, two steals and three blocks – in just 18 minutes of play.
He shot 8/11 from the field and 2/2 from three-point range.
Mahomes is currently in training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the 2024 NFL season.
But he took the time to praise James on X, the site formerly known as Twitter.

“Greatness!!” Mahomes posted it, along with a fire emoji and a link to Lebron’s Twitter handle, @KingJames.
The USA game against Germany was played in London, the city where LeBron was the last part of a team that won gold.
He also won gold at Beijing 2008 and hopes to score three goals in the coming weeks.
LeBron said he didn’t think much about London 2012, despite the game being played at the same venue, the O2 Arena.
“I didn’t have any flashbacks,” he said.
“It was like it was new because it was 12 years ago when I was here.
“It’s always great to be back in the UK, playing the game I love and representing the USA team.
“And in front of fans who appreciate basketball and appreciate what I’ve been able to do in my life and career.
“Being back at the O2 Arena is always a pleasure. There are so many great attractions here, not only in sport but also in entertainment.
“It’s a great place to come and perform and be part of that legacy.”
The USA plays its first game of the basketball competition against Serbia on Sunday.

Mahomes is already a great player in the sport, of course, and will be chasing history next season.
The quarterback led Andy Reid’s Chiefs to three Super Bowl victories in the last five seasons.
And they will aim to become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls.
The Chiefs will begin their season opener against the Baltimore Ravens on September 5th.
