Kevin McBride, 51, defeated Tyson by TKO in 2005 and shared what it was like to be punched by him.

He said Instant Casinos: “When Tyson hit me, I swear I saw the Leprechaun playing the drums in my head, so I held him in a headlock and whispered to him, ‘Is that all you got?’ and he went crazy.

“He bit my nipple so hard it was the most unbearable pain I’ve ever felt in my life, when he pulled the nipple out and fell and thought, ‘Thank God he put the nipple in.’

“If he didn’t have that nipple, I would forever be known as the Irish heavyweight with a nipple.

“If you watch the fight in slow motion, you can see him biting my nipple.”

McBride gave Paul, 27, some tips ahead of the clash.

He added: “Keep your hands up and be careful he doesn’t spit out the mouthpiece and if he does, let the referee know.

“I would warn Jake Paul to make sure Mike doesn’t spit on his mouthpiece, because if he does, you never know what’s going to happen.

“You don’t know what Mike Tyson is going to do, he’s a fearsome man.

“It takes courage to get in the ring with Tyson even in your fifties, whether you are a YouTuber or a fighter, it takes a lot of courage, Tyson is no joke.

Mike Tyson makes frightening threat to Jake Paul in first message since Netflix showdown was postponed

“When you’re a fighter like Tyson I can tell you he goes there to win and to take care of business.

“He doesn’t want to look back and think he let Jake Paul off the hook.

“He is going there to win and Paul will need to be in top form to survive.

“I can tell from the media that Tyson has done so far that he wants to win, it’s in his blood, the competition will never abandon him.”

Some think Tyson’s age could open the door for Paul to record a victory.

But McBride thinks the boxing icon still has plenty left in the tank.

He said: “Jake Paul is improving a little, he is gaining more experience in the ring, but he will discover the power that Tyson has.

“Paul is maybe half Tyson’s age, but Tyson is very dangerous.

“Power is the last thing you lose. You can see it in the videos he is posting, it may just be a short video but it is an unbelievable power.

“All Mike Tyson has to do is log on and Jake Paul will see the Christmas lights next week.

“He will time it in the first few rounds and it will all be over.

“Tyson is a legend and if he beats Paul you can tell him that if he wants to avenge his defeat, let’s go for it.

“I’d come out of retirement for another fight with Mike Tyson. Or if either of them pulls out, I’ll step in.”
