JACK CATTERALL will finally get his wish TONIGHT – a massive rematch with Josh Taylor, two years after their hugely controversial first fight.
Taylor and Catterall fought for the undisputed super lightweight in February 2022, with the former retaining the title.
The decision was extremely controversial, however, as virtually every fan and pundit watching scored the fight for Catterall, who lost a split decision.
The Englishman even knocked Taylor down in the middle of the fight, and both had a point deducted.
Catterall stormed out of the ring after the decision, feeling deprived of his dream of winning the undisputed titles.
But now he will have his chance for revenge, albeit without the belts on the line, as Taylor has abandoned or lost them since his victory over Catterall.

Taylor said: “This is a big fight, there is a lot at stake. I had two bad performances, so I need to come back and prove that I’m still one of the best fighters on the planet.
“I need to perform well and, essentially, I need to win. If he comes to fight like he says he is, absolutely fantastic.”
Catterall said: “I’m not going there for a Taylor who, in my opinion, is in decline.
“I’m going there to prepare for the best version of him. But I think its best days are behind it?
