RYAN GARCIA was arrested for vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Los Angeles, according to reports.
The 25-year-old American boxer was already at the center of controversy after returning a positive drug test following his victory over Devin Haney in April.
According to TMZThings got even worse for Garcia outside the ring when he was arrested and taken into custody on Saturday afternoon following the incident in Beverly Hills.
He was detained for allegedly damaging hotel property – including his room and the hallway.
It is alleged he was “apparently under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs” but cooperated with police when they arrested him.
Garcia was taken out of the hotel shirtless and wearing a helmet.
It’s the latest wild moment in a chaotic few months for the fighter – who missed weight and left fans worried about his erratic behavior before his majority decision victory over Haney.
A few days ago, police visited Garcia at the Waldorf to check on her well-being after being called by a concerned family member.
Authorities determined the super lightweight boxer was OK.
Garcia divorced his wife Andrea Celina in January, after the birth of their second child.
He now claims to be engaged to porn star Savannah Bond after sharing a video proposing to the adult actress.
Positive toxicological tests, carried out the day before and on the day of the fight, detected the banned substance ostarine.
Tests on the B sample yielded the same results, although Garcia’s team insists the reason is contamination of the supplement.
Haney wants his loss to Garcia reversed to a disqualification victory.
Meanwhile, four days ago, Garcia also revealed that her mother, Lisa, is battling breast cancer.
He said: “My mother gave me the OK to post. Please pray for my mother.
“STUPID cancer, I don’t care if she wins – Breast cancer is stupid, JESUS IS ABOVE IT ALL.”
