CARL FROCH asked Mike Tyson to replicate his infamous biting of Jake Paul’s ear, claiming: “That would be legendary.”
The heavyweight boxing icon takes on the YouTuber-turned-boxer on November 15 in Texas.
Froch scrutinized the fight due to the 30-year age difference between them.
But he would be a happy spectator if Tyson went back in time and delivered the same bite that got him in hot water in 1997.
Froch said Best Anonymous Casinos: “Mike Tyson is a little nervous and you can only frustrate him for so long before he does something about it.
“I wanted to bite Andre Ward’s ear off, I took a bite and I apologized after the fight because I was very frustrated, but I would never have bitten off or taken a piece of it like Tyson did because I’m not a lunatic. I was like; ‘Stop hugging me’, because you can’t do anything.
“I was like; ‘Stop hugging me’, because you can’t do anything. So I understand what Tyson means, it’s just instinctive.
“If Tyson bit Jake Paul’s ear off, that would be legendary.”
Tyson was banned from boxing for 15 months and paid $3 million for sinking his teeth into Holyfield’s ear.
The two later reconciled, but Iron Mike would never win heavyweight gold again before his retirement in 2005.

But Tyson returned in 2020 for an eight-round exhibition with Roy Jones Jr, which ended in a draw.
It was the last time he was in the ring, while Paul is 9-1 as a boxer.
Tyson was forced to withdraw from his initial July 20 fight with Paul after suffering an ulcer outbreak while flying from Miami to Los Angeles.
He was advised to take a break from training and, as a result, the controversial clash faces a four-month postponement.
