Tyson Fury gets chilling rematch warning from Usyk as he tells ‘WORST’ things would happen in December mess

TYSON FURY has been warned he will suffer an even “WORSE” defeat to Oleksandr Usyk when they renew their rivalry.

The Gypsy King failed in his bid to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion in almost 25 years when he defeated the undefeated Ukrainian last month.

Fury, 35, suffered a split decision defeat to the southpaw, although he was very lucky not to be stopped in the ninth round of the Riyadh clash.

The pair will fight again in the desert on December 21, a date Oleksandr Gvozdyk believes Fury will be brutally finished off.

Usyk’s London 2012 teammate and compatriot said Boxing News: “I think it will be even worse for Fury in the rematch.

“I know Usyk – once he catches you, he won’t let you go. Usyk will be even more confident in the next to fight.

“Fury is better fighting Anthony Joshua.

“The first fight was simply a brilliant performance. He beat Fury everywhere, inside and outside the ring.

“Fury likes to play mind games; in this case, it was exactly the opposite. I think Usyk got into his head.

“I didn’t see Fury as confident as before, when he was a killer and super confident.

“With Usyk, he was trying to do the same, but you can see in his eyes and in his imitations that he is different and nervous.

“He was nervous in the ring. Usyk is the deserved #1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world.”

Former WBC heavyweight champion Fury believes he won the pair’s first meeting and has vowed to bounce back from his first professional defeat in emphatic fashion.

He said in Instagram earlier this week: “Listen! I achieved everything in boxing – titles, records, everything.

“But I’ve never had to come back from a loss.

“On December 21, in Riyadh, in the heart of the kingdom, the king will regain his throne and become undisputed.

“Usyk, I’m coming for you! Get ready for the Gypsy King!

“The path to redemption is all mine.

“I know what I have to do, I have seen my shortcomings and I believe that I am inevitable.”
