PRIZEFIGHTER boxing returns later this month with some exciting quarter-final clashes in Japan.
Barry Hearn founded the Prizefighter boxing series in 2008 and the format ran until 2015 under the Matchroom banner.
But now it’s back and this time the fights are going to Osaka, Japan, with two Brits and an Irishman involved.
Kieron Conway and Mark Dickinson are in action, as is Aaron McKenna in an exciting night of middleweight action.
Each round will have a knockout bonus of US$100,000 (£79,000) shared between each fighter who suffers a stoppage.
The winner at the end of the tournament will receive a whopping prize of $1 million (£781,000).
When are the Prizefighter quarterfinals?
- The Prizefighter quarter-finals will take place on Monday 15th July.
- The event will be held at the Yamato Arena in Osaka, Japan.
- The card will begin from 9am BST, with the main event expected around midday.
