Fincham is in great shape for the fight with the help of nutritionist David Stache.

He told SunSport: “My Uber Eats account, I must have spent all my money on it!

“I ate anything and everything, even when I wasn’t hungry, just eating out of boredom sometimes.

“Obviously working and being around friends who don’t eat like I eat now.

“My nutritionist now is David Stache and he’s worked with over 20 world champions, so you’re not going to get better than that.”

The pair met through Anthony Joshua’s coach Ben Davison – who Fincham has trained with in the past.

And Stache put Fincham on a diet of four eggs in the morning, chicken and salmon for lunch, and a steak for dinner.

And when all is said and done, the reality TV star is looking at the equivalent of a three stone weight loss.

Fincham said: “I would have lost almost 20 stone.

“It’s a lot of work, a lot of hard work and dedication, dedication and consistency. Not like, ‘Oh, I could do that today.’

“It’s hard work and consistency, always.”

Fincham, 31, boxed as an amateur before abandoning the sport as a teenager to enjoy a party lifestyle.

But after returning for an exhibition on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather in November 2022, he is ready to give boxing his all.

Fincham said: “I’m 31 now, I’m on my last roll of the dice in boxing.

“So I’m giving it my all this year, I’m going to fight a few times this year and probably in the next few years.

“I’m going to make this a big part of my life and keep going, see how far I can go.”

Fincham has a wish list of opponents including Geordie Shore’s Aaron Chalmers and Love Island professional boxing duo Tommy Fury and Idris Virgo.

He said: “I know the path I want to take. I want to fight Aaron Chalmers, Aaron and I are friends.

“Idris Virgo keeps criticizing me, but look, I’m not ready for him yet, he’s a great professional and I would never sit here and criticize him.

“But Aaron Chalmers, hopefully early next year and Tommy Fury, maybe in the next few years.

“And for me, I think they’re very surmountable.”

Joey Essex – famous for his appearance in The Only Way is Essex – is also teasing a boxing debut.

And despite being the nephew of esteemed British trainer Tony Sims, Fincham warned his friend not to fight him.

He said, “Listen, I saw little bits of Joey Essex. If he wanted to do that, I would beat him without a shadow of a doubt, without a doubt.

“Look, Joey has a boxing family, but he never fought. He may have had some amateurs, some spars.

“But there would be no point in fighting me. And, by the way, Joey and I are friends, I love Joey, but in boxing it would be a useless fight, I would beat him.”
