HEAVYWEIGHT superstar Zhilei Zhang has revealed he’s ready for a fight with Jake Paul.
Zhang, 41, weighs over 40 pounds and has defeated top fighters including Deontay Wilder, Joe Joyce and Filip Hrgovic.
Paul, who is still relatively new to professional boxing, weighs some FOUR STONES lighter than the Chinese hitter.
But as the internet sensation’s reputation continues to grow, Zhang has thrown his hat in the ring as a potential future opponent.
Speaking with DevastatedZhang said, “I would try [fighting Jake Paul] why not? If the opportunity presents itself, then I will do it.
“I see Jake Paul from that perspective. I believe he came out of his influencer experience as a boxer.
“But since he started boxing, he has become dedicated and trains with a lot of blood, sweat and tears.
Paul has faced a series of crossover fights with victories over UFC icons Nate Diaz and Anderson Silva now on his record.
But the 27-year-old has one defeat on his 10-1 career record, a split decision at the hands of Tommy Fury.
A fight with Zhang would be punching above his weight in more ways than one and boxing fans have expressed their concern about what could happen to Paul if a fight were to take place.

One wrote on social media: “Zhilei Zhang would create a second Big Bang, except this one wouldn’t just be a theory.”
While another added: “He would knock him out of the ring!”
A third commented: “Jake lost to Tommy Fury. Zhang would seriously hurt him, he will never accept this fight haha.”
And a fourth posted: “Jake Paul only fights people much smaller than him, amateurs or ex-MMA fighters… he would never fight Zhang in a million years.”
Paul’s last fight came last week when he defeated UFC star Mike Perry in the ring, knocking him down three times in the process.
But before any kind of fight with Zhang could be planned, Paul will have a big showdown with Mike Tyson.
The pair were originally supposed to fight this month before Tyson pulled out due to a medical emergency – prompting Perry to replace him.
But the two fighters will now face each other on November 15th, with the fight being broadcast live on Netflix.
Zhang’s most recent fight was also a victory, with the southpaw getting the better of Wilder in Saudi Arabia last month.
