FORMER Sky Sports News presenter Kate Abdo looks like an experienced boxer as she prepares for a drastic career change.
Abdo, who has performed in some of boxing’s biggest fights in recent years, has been training with her boyfriend Malik Scott.

Scott was also a former heavyweight contender and recently trained Deontay Wilder.
The trainer has been sharing Abdo’s progress and his latest video showed impressive results.
TV presenter Abdo fires off quick combinations leaving fans stunned.
One said: “For a 42 year old woman, she moves better than ALL the misfit fighters.”
Another saluted: “She looks classy.”
Former cruiserweight boxer and now trainer BJ Flores commented: “She looks dangerous.”
Abdo is in talks with Misfits Boxing – home of celebrity-style crossover fights – to make his in-ring debut.
And she has already opened the door to fighting reality TV star Katie Price, 46, or OnlyFans’ Astrid Wett, 23.

Coach Scott revealed in May that negotiations were underway for Abdo to make his debut with Misfits.
He said Online Casino at: “Kate has been offered some Misfits action, the dates need to line up. We all know who will train her for this.
“It’s something we’ll take on when the time is right, probably not as soon as this summer, but be aware.
“She really knows how to fight. She is technically very good and has a great work ethic. Technically, her base is very good and she makes strong combinations. She knows boxing because of her work.
“She’s very interested in putting into practice the skills she learned from her partner and I’m supporting her. We haven’t chosen an opponent yet.”
