MSU Basketball included in top 40 preseason power rankings

The Big Ten will be open in 2024, and Michigan State basketball should be in contention to win the league.

College Basketball Report released preseason power rankings earlier this week that included Michigan State among the top 40 teams in the country. The Spartans were ranked 34th in the preseason power rankings.

Michigan State was listed as the seventh-best team in the Big Ten, but no one ranked higher than No. 16 in the rankings. Check out the full power rankings below:
