The wait is almost over.
The 2024 Men’s College World Series begins Friday at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska.
One of the eight teams remaining in the field will ultimately be crowned national champions, but there is a lot of work to do before we get to that point. Two games are scheduled each day until June 20th, when the round-robin format begins, leading to the best-of-three final, which begins on June 22nd.
This year’s College World Series field is split evenly between the ACC and SEC, with each conference advancing four teams through the super regionals.
