LEXINGTON – More than 10 years ago, The basketball tournament sustained its inaugural event.
There will be plenty of Bluegrass State representation this summer, with teams of alumni from Kentucky, Louisville It is Bellarmine all competing in the tournament.

What is the basketball tournament?
The Basketball Tournament is a single-elimination, winner-take-all event featuring 64 teams.
The victorious team takes home the $1 million prize.
When does the basketball tournament start?
TBT games begin July 19 and end August 4, with the championship game held in Philadelphia.
What is the name of the TBT Kentucky basketball alumni team?
Kentucky’s alumni team is La Familia. According to its official page on the TBT website, the name is “an ode to coach John Calipari,” who led the Wildcats for 15 seasons (2009-24). Calipari is now the head coach at Arkansas.
