Jerome Myles, a four-star wide receiver from Draper (Utah) Corner Canyon, has opened up his recruitment after backing out of his pledge to Ole Miss more than two months ago. Myles recently revealed his top 10 schools: Georgia, USC, Ohio State, Michigan, LSU, Miami, Penn State, Utah, Auburn and Texas A&M. Of those 10, which five are in particularly good position to land the coveted pass catcher?

On3 Scout’s opinion: “Jerome Myles could have the best combination of size and speed in the 2025 cycle. A year younger than most of his peers, Myles has seen an increase in his physical development and athleticism. This spring, he broke a 43-year-old state record in the 100 meters in his first year of running, running a scintillating, wind-legal 10.36 at 215 pounds.

Let’s take a look at the top schools that could hire Myles, one of the most sought-after prospects in the 2025 class.

Myles would be a transformative piece for Utah’s recruiting class and the most talented Utes recruit at receiver in school history. Utah’s move to the Big 12 is potentially set around Myles as the centerpiece of Kyle Whiitingham’s 2025 class.

2. Texas A\u0026amp;M

In the 2023 season, Myles recorded 19 receptions for 486 yards and six touchdowns, averaging an incredible 25 yards per catch. Mike Elko and the Aggies could take advantage of this big-time production in a big way.

3. Michigan

Michigan football hasn’t exactly attracted top wide receiver talent in recent years, but Sherrone Moore appears to be changing the narrative quickly. Myles could be a source of help early on and potentially get a lot of playing time as Wolverine.

4. USC

Although USC is already quite loaded at the wide receiver position, Myles could be one of the most talented of the group if he comes to Los Angeles. His upcoming visit to USC could be a pivotal moment in the Trojans’ recruiting efforts as they look to strengthen their roster for the future.

5. Auburn

“I think this is a prospect who wants to take his time, he told me he wants to decide closer to the early signing period, go over everything. He has an official visit to Michigan at the end of July, Auburn has been pushing for a visit as well,” 247’s wrote Blair Angulo about Miles.
