A member of Florida’s 2025 football recruiting class parted ways with the program on Monday, as the three-star wide receiver Josiah Abdullah of Atlanta (Georgia), Woodward Academy announced its cancellation.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound pass catcher committed to the Gators in January has an official visit scheduled in Gainesville for the weekend of June 14. However, even before the announcement, there were rumors that the OV would not happen in mid-June.

Abdullah is ranked 450th overall and 65th nationally, according to the 247Sports compound while the On3 Industry Classification has it at numbers 514 and 84, respectively.
