After a busy week of recruiting, Penn State is heading into another weekend feeling good with a new commitment on the board for the Class of 2025. Penn State kicked off the weekend by receiving a commitment from four-star wide receiver Jeff Exinor Jr.of Maryland.
Exinor committed to Penn State over offers from Maryland State, Virginia Tech and Syracuse in the late stages of its recruiting process. The 6-2 receiver will enter his final season playing for McDonogh School, the same school that produced players like Dani Dennis-Sutton and Dvon J-Thomasstarting defensive line for the Nittany Lions this upcoming season.
Exinor is the No. 2 wide receiver in Penn State’s 2025 class. Lyrick Samuel, from Brooklyn, NY, in the recruiting class hoping to add some explosiveness to Penn State’s offense. The Kansas Jayhawks’ offensive production under new Penn State offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki is credited with increasing Exinor’s interest in becoming a Nittany Lion.
Exinor is the 20th commitment in Penn State’s Class of 2025, which is seeking a top-10 ranking in the country.
