Heading into a busy final recruiting weekend in July, a second Recruiting Rumor Mill was needed this week, heading to events across the country. Here’s what Rivals national recruiting director Adam Gorney is hearing.

Brown is volunteering at a youth camp this week and will then jump into Penn State for the Lasch Bash this weekend as the Nittany Lions remain in strong form with the 2026 four-star offensive tackle from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

But this is far from a done deal, as Georgia, Alabama, Auburn and other SEC programs, among others, also intrigue him.

Edmonds is also planning to visit Georgia and Florida over the weekend as those three programs, among others, come into focus.

It remains a big SEC battle for the 2026 four-star running back from Pike Road, Alabama, as this could make it to state schools with Auburn and Alabama in the lead. But Georgia and old lady are also too high for Jones and round out the top four.

The 2026 four-star offensive tackle from Honolulu (Hawaii) Kamehameha School wishes he could visit more schools, but he and his father are on hold, so they were limited this summer.

However, three programs have received visits and could have an advantage for Lee now, as Michigan, Georgia and Tennessee have all had him on campus recently.

Miami, Michigan and Notre Dame are the three favorites for the 2026 Boca Raton (Florida) four-star running back. West Boca Raton and Mallory will be back with the Hurricanes again this weekend.

That might be the leader, but the top three are there for now as Louisville, Florida State, Penn State, UCF, USC, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and Wisconsin also have their attention.

Penn State isn’t going to let the 2026 four-star offensive lineman from Mechanicsburg (Pa.) Cumberland Valley leave easily and “almost everyone” is reaching out this summer as he makes two key visits this weekend.

Merrill plans to watch Notre Dame and Michigan as his recruiting stays busy.

Originally from West Virginia, Parks now plays for Cardinal Mooney of Sarasota (Florida) and programs in both regions are major players in his recruitment.

The 2026 four-star offensive tackle has Ohio State, Florida, Florida State, West Virginia and Penn State are the most involved at the end of the summer.

Michigan remains a top team for the 2026 four-star safety from Winter Park, Fla., as the Wolverines have long intrigued him and then Florida State, UCF, SyracuseGeorgia, Oregon, Miami, Tennessee, Missouri and Penn State also remain high.

The Seminoles could be a team to watch as this continues and if they want to stay in state. Pouncey, who will be in Syracuse this weekend, is also hearing a lot from Notre Dame and Clemson but neither of them have offered yet.

Robinson is on summer vacation, so he doesn’t plan on visiting anywhere this weekend, but a whole group of programs — many of which run rushing offenses — are showing a lot of interest in the 2026 four-star receiver.

The 5-foot-11, 160-pound standout from Red Oak, Texas, has Texas at the top of his list of programs that are active with him along with Oregon, Missouri, SMU, BaylorNotre Dame, Kansas and Penn State.

The 2026 four-star offensive tackle from Leesburg (Va.) Loudoun County is on vacation, so no visit this weekend is in the plans, but a whole group of programs have intrigued him this summer.

Clemson and Virginia Technology are definitely two of those teams, along with Michigan, Penn State, Notre Dame, Georgia, Alabama and Oklahoma being the ones that stand out the most.

Georgia, Old Miss and Missouri will receive visits from the 2026 four-star tight end from Dunlap, Illinois, in the coming days and more big news should be coming.

Sutter aims to roll out a top 8-10 over the next week or two, and then the four-star is planning visits to those programs on game days as he narrows his focus.

A big visit to Oregon is coming up this weekend for huge 2026 San Francisco (Calif.) four-star offensive lineman Riordan, as the Ducks are one of the few major programs early in his recruitment.

Tofi is also very serious about Tennessee and USC at this point, but more schools could get involved soon.

The Frankfort (Ill.) Lincoln Way East will see LSU, USC and Oregon as the 2026 quarterbacks are coming off the board regularly.

Oregon, KentuckyVirginia Tech, Clemson and Notre Dame were the most involved with Young early in his recruitment, but a big visit is coming this weekend that could add another team to his list.

The 2026 four-star athlete from Knoxville (Tenn.) Webb School will visit Miami while the Hurricanes have a loaded roster on campus.
