NFL star Jay Cutler’s epic Tennessee home has finally sold — but not for the price he wanted.
The 41-year-old former quarterback listed the seven-bedroom mansion for $11 million in early 2023.

Cutler put the massive apartment up for sale following his divorce from reality TV star Kristin Cavallari.
The couple married in 2013 before filing for divorce in 2020.
An anonymous buyer purchased the home in an all-cash sale last Wednesday for $7.9 million, per TMZ.
Cutler and Cavallari originally purchased the property in 2018 for $4.23 million.
They added a whopping 35 acres to the land for an additional $1.2 million, with the house featuring heavily on E! reality show Very Cavallari.
With 10,697 square feet of living space, the sprawling mansion comes equipped with seven massive bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
The ground floor features an open-plan layout, with a modern kitchen and spacious living areas to relax.
Cutler filled a room with several old-school arcade games, as well as air hockey and foosball.

The former NFL star was also able to make the most of an ultra-modern gym, stocked with weight machines and cardio equipment.
There’s also a huge house with a pool and built-in sauna to relax in after an intense workout.
The house was given to Cutler as part of his divorce settlement with Cavallari and has been his primary residence, according to the TMZ report.
Cutler spent 12 years in the NFL after being selected with the 11th overall pick by the Denver Broncos in 2006.
He also played for the Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins, appearing in a single Pro Bowl.
Cutler retired in 2017 after a year in which he went 6-8 with the Dolphins.

Cutler and Cavallari met in 2010 through mutual friend and journalist Giuliana Rancic.
They married three years later in an intimate ceremony in Tennessee.
The couple has three children: Camden Jack, 11, Jaxon Wyatt, 9, and Saylor James, 8.
Kristin confessed People magazine the pair had been fighting for years before their 2020 divorce.
“We tried really, really hard for years and years. It was the hardest decision I’ve ever made,” she said.
The 37-year-old TV personality has gone public with her new boyfriend, Mark Estes.
