RETIRED NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III received a lot of comments on his latest social media post.
The former Heisman Trophy winner, 34, revealed a photo in Paris, France with his wife, Grete.
Griffin shared a photo of himself with his wife on Friday.
The two were seen eating a huge croissant together on a balcony.
Griffin posted the photo on X with the caption: “It’s always croissant time in Paris.”
The image instantly went viral, reaching 8.1 million views as of Friday afternoon in the East, as fans shared their comedic responses to the photo.
“I can’t believe he thought this photo was a good idea,” one fan commented.
“Save some for the rest of us,” wrote a second.
“Some photos should remain untaken,” added a third.
Some social media users even photoshopped the photo.

Griffin noticed the fans’ mockery and commented on the post.
“I can’t eat a croissant with your wife on this app anymore,” the 34-year-old wrote.
Griffin is enjoying the 2024 Paris Olympics as the event ends next weekend.
He will return to work as a university student soccer analyst for ESPN when the season begins later this month.
Griffin was the network’s analyst on Monday night Countdown.
The Baylor product spent two seasons with the pregame program before being released in May.
Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce, who retired from the NFL in March, replaced Griffin.
Kelce will join the NFL program during the regular season.
He will also appear on studio coverage of the Super Bowl and ESPN’s big game coverage in 2027.
The college football campaign begins on August 24th.
And the NFL season opener takes place on September 5th.
