DALLAS Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott has revealed a hint that he could leave the franchise after the 2025 season.
The three-time NFL Pro Bowler will enter the final year of his lucrative four-year contract worth $160 million.

Prescott and the Cowboys suffered a brutal 48-32 home loss to the Green Bay Packers in the 2023 Wild Card round in January.
The 30-year-old threw two touchdowns but also three interceptions in the defeat.
Since the official 2024 season began last month, there has been a lot of talk about Prescott’s future in Dallas.
Prescott spoke to reporters over the weekend and appeared to indicate he is open to playing for another team after next season.
“I’m not afraid at all. I’m not going to say I’m afraid of being here or not. I’m not afraid of either situation, to be honest with you,” Prescott said.
“I love this game, I love playing it, and I love improving myself as a player and my teammates around me.”
The veteran quarterback then acknowledged that he is a Cowboys first and foremost, but that the upcoming offseason holds uncertainty for him.
“Right now it’s with the Dallas Cowboys, that’s where I want to be, and that’s where I am and that’s the focus,” Prescott continued.

“After the season, we’ll see where we are and if the future holds that. If not, we’ll go from there.”
Prescott was with the Cowboys throughout his eight-year career.
He was drafted by the NFL team in the fourth round of the 2016 draft.
Prescott made the Pro Bowl in 2016, 2018 and 2023.
Last season, he put together his best campaign, leading the Cowboys to their third straight playoff appearance and throwing a career-high in completions (410) and a league-leading 36 touchdown passes.
In March, Prescott said he was “definitely confident” he and the Cowboys would get an extension.

But questions were raised about Prescott’s future after owner Jerry Jones said, “I don’t fear it,” when asked about the 2024 season potentially being the quarterback’s last in Dallas.
As a result, trade rumors swirled around Prescott.
A team will have to play hard to land Prescott next offseason.
He has a market value of a four-year contract worth $203 million, per Spotrac.
This represents an average annual value of more than US$50 million per season.
