ALL-PRO cornerback Sauce Gardner hit the streets of Manhattan in his Tesla Cybertruck.
The 23-year-old former NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year is currently preparing for his third season with the New York Jets.

Photographed near Penn Station, Gardner’s eye-catching car is all black, including matte paint, tinted windows and matching rims.
Gardner was then seen exiting the all-electric pickup wearing black leather pants and a hoodie, accompanied by his ice-cold ‘Sauce’ chain.
His trip to Manhattan came just days after it was announced that all of its Cybertrucks — nearly 4,000 — were being recalled by Tesla, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
This mass recall was due to a problem with the accelerator pedal.
Specifically, the pad on top of the pedal can come loose and get caught in the trim above it, increasing the risk of an accident.
This was said to be due to “an unapproved change” that “introduced lubricant (soap) to help the component
mounting the pad on the accelerator pedal.”
Any soap residue can reduce “the cushion’s hold on the pedal.”
Tesla first became aware of the issue on March 31 and made the decision to recall the fleet on April 12.

The NHTSA reportedly said Tesla was not “aware that the defect had caused any accidents, injuries or deaths,” according to the New York Times.
The manufacturer will repair or replace the problem free of charge.
It’s unclear whether Gardner has any cars other than his Cybertruck, which was labeled “extraordinary” by a fan on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Shortly after being drafted by the Jets fourth overall in 2022, he shared on social media that he had invested in a new car for his mother.
After signing a four-year, $38.7 million contract, Gardner bought his mother a shiny white Mercedes-Benz.
“Mom, I thank you for raising a great man” he tweeted.

“And thank you, God, for allowing me to make this happen. I love you both.”
But that wasn’t all Gardner had in store for his mother, revealing before the 2022 Draft that he wanted her to retire once he reached the NFL.
“She’ll always say, ‘Nah, I’m going to work,’” he said NFL.com.
“It felt great to say, ‘No, you don’t need it anymore.’
“That was a blessing because I always told her growing up, ‘You won’t have to work anymore.’
“When I wanted her to pay for camps, she would say, ‘Do you have to go to this camp?’ …
“She always ended up paying for it so I could showcase my talent. That got me here.”
Now a two-time First-Team All-Pro and Pro Bowler, Gardner will likely have another gigantic payday coming his way in the not-too-distant future.
