Clark appeared on Thursday’s edition of ESPN’s hit show Get Up.
During one segment, there was a discussion about which prospects in the upcoming draft have a chance to be “can’t miss.”
Former general manager turned TV analyst Mike Tannebaum believes Caleb Williams, expected to be the No. 1 overall pick, could fit the “can’t miss” criteria.
However, Clark disagreed with Tannenbaum’s opinion and went a step further by citing the thread’s topic.
“They can all make mistakes. Heck, if there were can’t-miss players, Mike T wouldn’t be working for us. This job is hard. It’s hard to evaluate players,” Clark said.
“I’ll never give a guy a grade he can’t miss. Not in this draft or any other.”
Clark made reference to Tannenbaum and the fact that he has been out of the NFL front office since 2018, after being executive vice president of football operations for the Miami Dolphins for four years.
And Tannenbaum’s previous NFL job was as general manager of the New York Jets for seven seasons.

NFL insider Dan Graziano gave his take on NFL draft analysis.
“You’re going to leave tonight with a list of guys who made it in the first round and some of them aren’t going to make it. That’s the hard truth,” Graziano said.
“The most important thing fans never seem to understand about the draft: literally no one knows how any of these players will perform in the NFL.
