The attention is on Mahomes wherever he goes — but on Thursday night, a lot of eyes were on Brittany, too.
The 28-year-old wore a halter top covered in strands of handmade crystals.
Britanny paired the sparkly piece with a voluminous maxi skirt made from heavy matte satin fabric.
The former football player also wore diamond bracelets.
Her look was from Hong Kong brand Sau Lee.
Patrick opted for an all-black look, wearing a tuxedo blazer with a button-down shirt and no tie.

The pair were at the event to recognize that Mahomes had once again been included on the Time 100 list.
This is the third time Mahomes has been selected to be part of the prestigious list.
It recognizes 100 leaders in diverse fields, such as film, music, sports and more.
Other athletes on the list included Max Verstappen, Siya Kolisi, A’ja Wilson, Jenni Hermoso and Sakshi Malik.
Patrick posted a photo of him and Brittany on Instagram and fans loved it.
“You two are absolutely beautiful. You make the best couple and your love for each other shines through you both,” one person wrote.
“You have all accomplished so much, I am so proud to call you the queen and king of Kansas City! Love your family,” read another comment.
“Congratulations, what a beautiful couple!” said one poster.
Mahomes is still just 28 years old, but his accomplishments are already folklore.
He helped the Chiefs achieve Super Bowl glory in 2020 and 2023.
And in February, despite not being at their usual quality during the regular season, the Chiefs returned to the main game.
They were trailing the San Francisco 49ers at halftime in Las Vegas, but produced a remarkable comeback.
Mahomes threw to Mecole Hardman for the decisive touchdown in the Chiefs’ 25-22 overtime win.
