KAY Adams was left baffled by the physical features of a live guest on his show.
Adams hosted Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet on Tuesday’s episode of Up & Adams, and was impressed with his hands.
Kmet’s hands were clearly larger than normal based on how small the microphone felt in his hands, and Adams had to ask him about them.
“What in the name of Shrek are your hands?” Adams asked.
“You have the biggest hands I’ve ever seen in my entire life.”
Adams held her hand against Kmet’s to show how drastically smaller she was, and Kmet explained that her large hands make playing tight end very easy.
“It helps with my work, so I’ll take it,” Kmet said.
“What in the name of Mickey Mouse,” Adams replied.
Adams posted on X after the interview, comparing Kmet’s hands to a famous movie.
“It was a ‘honey, I blew up the CHILDREN’ situation,” she wrote.

Kmet’s hands measured 10.5 inches when he tested at the NFL Combine in 2020.
While he has huge hands, they aren’t the biggest the NFL has ever seen.
The current record for biggest hands in the league is 11.75 inches, held by three different players.
Kmet’s hands are still an advantage, as he is one of the most confident players on the ball in the league.
In 2023, he dropped just one pass and recorded one fumble all season.
He had just three fumbles in his entire career and a total of 10 takedowns in four seasons.
NFL fans were stunned by the enormous size of Kmet’s hands and shared it on social media.
