In a recent appearance on Complex SportsJackson, 27, revealed that he weighed 205 pounds, marking a loss of 25 pounds over the past two years.

Responding to a social media post that stated “it could get scary” with the quarterback seemingly back to his 2019 MVP form.

“Definitely,” the former Louisville standout responded.

“I was 230 two years ago. I was 215 last season, but now I’m 205.”

And Likely, 24, confirmed that Jackson looked noticeably thin in Baltimore’s voluntary off-season exercise program last month.

“I’m just going to say this now,” the Ravens tight end said on Thursday’s Up & Adams.

“Did you think [Lamar] It was quick before…”

Adams, 38, appeared to be terrified at the prospect of Jackson having even more speed on the field.

“I don’t know if unanimous will be the word this year,” replied the tight end.

Jackson was one vote away from being unanimously elected the 2023 NFL MVP.

However, the former first-round pick received all 50 first-place votes in the 2019 MVP voting, joining Tom Brady as the only player to do so.

Ravens strength and conditioning coordinator Scott Elliott was thrilled with the quarterback showing up at the practice facility with a slimmer frame.

KAY Adams took his show to the Kentucky Derby this year.

“Lamar is in great shape” Elliott said last month.

“And what this is allowing us to do… is add lean muscle mass.

“So I would say this: I have never been more excited in April for Lamar Jackson.”

Jackson threw for 3,678 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions during the 2023 regular season.

He totaled 821 yards and five scores on 148 carries in the running game.

The Ravens star will play in a significantly improved backfield next season after Baltimore signed two-time rushing yards and touchdowns leader Derrick Henry in free agency.
