NFL legend JJ Watt watched his English football team get relegated from the Premier League.
Burnley were promoted last season but dropped down in the Championship with one game remaining after a 2-1 defeat to Tottenham.

They took the lead through Jacob Bruun Larsen to raise hopes.
“LET’S GO BURNLEY!!!” Watt posted on X after the goal.
But Tottenham responded through Micky van de Ven and Pedro Porro, meaning Burnley cannot catch Nottingham Forest in 17th.
“No need to hide the disappointment or frustration, it must hurt,” Watt posted alongside photos from the promotion party.
“The boys had a courageous campaign in recent months, but in the end it wasn’t enough.
“Now we go to the Championship again. Looking to relive those brilliant memories from a year ago.
“Let’s go together. Up The Clarets!”
Watt became part-owner of Burnley last season and spoke about his growing passion for football.

“They have a phenomenal defense built. They have a phenomenal team built. They are perfectly fine.
“It was literally last year and this year, if it was an absolutely dire situation where they needed someone to help, then I would do that.”
